The Interlock Factory at Al Narjes Industrial City is a symbol of precision engineering and cutting-edge technology. Collaborating with leading international manufacturers, including ZENITH and QGM from Germany, and powered by Siemens’ electrical solutions, this factory is at the forefront of automated production. It was installed and initiated by a team of engineers and technicians dispatched by the manufacturing companies themselves, ensuring a seamless setup and operation. Within a remarkably short period of six months, and operating eight hours a day, it reached a daily production capacity of 1500 square meters. The factory is currently staffed by a skilled team of optical and Iraqi engineers, who were trained by Chinese and German experts.

Features

This state-of-the-art factory boasts a wealth of features that set it apart. It houses a large number of molds with diverse shapes and varying sizes, allowing for the production of a wide range of interlocking paving blocks. The production process is rigorously controlled, with all materials entering the factory, including fine and coarse aggregate, cement, water, and additives, subjected to rigorous chemical and physical testing in accordance with the British Code. This ensures that the end product consistently meets international quality and safety standards. The Interlock Factory is a prime example of precision and efficiency, adhering to stringent quality controls and utilizing advanced technology to deliver interlocking paving blocks of the highest quality, ready to meet the demands of the rapidly growing region and beyond.
